Nothing happens, no vapor:
Is it on? Many vape batteries require 5 clicks to turn on, what happens when you click the button 5x? Have they read the instructions? Do they know how their battery works? If the device has haptic feedback, what happens when you shake it? Is it charged? How long did you charge it for? New batteries and devices should charge overnight.
The tiny contact at the base of the cart becomes lodged inward. If the contact isn't making contact with the battery it won't work. It can be pulled out with a magnet, but be careful, it can be pulled all the way out if the magnet is too strong.
Inspect the cart, are there any signs of leakage, is the inside of the packaging oil stained, is the cart or pod sticky or slippery?
How to Clean a Vape Pen Cartridge Cleaning cartridge-loaded vape pens is generally easier than cleaning tank-based vape pens. Dab cotton swabs in rubbing alcohol and gently scrub the exterior of the cartridge, taking special care to remove any residue on the outside of the cartridge. Once the exterior is clean, use a paper towel to dry the outside of the cartridge completely.
Important note: Never submerge your cartridge in alcohol or other liquids. This may contaminate your vape oil, produce harsh flavors, or dramatically affect your vaping experience.
Won’t pull, no air flow, clogged:
How to Clear a Clogged Vape Cartridge 1. First, be sure you aren't holding your vape in a way that restricts the flow of air, then try blowing through it repeatedly (we tend to have more PSI power when blowing through than when we try to draw). 2. Warm the cart or pen in your hands by rolling it back and forth between their palms. If that doesn't work, a hot, moist-but not saturated washcloth, (Lightly dampen the cloth and put it in the microwave for 20 seconds) then lay it down on a flat surface and roll the cart back and forth over it for about 10 seconds. 3. Repeat step 1, and if it doesn’t work, use a small safety pin or paperclip to gently clear the sticky residue from the mouthpiece, blow through hard to avoid getting any in your mouth, if it doesn’t clear, repeat steps again.
